Our Favorite Paranormal Romance Series
In honor of Halloween, we are rolling out multiple blogs about paranormal romance. After all, October is a great month to talk about all our favorite, lovable, and always-sexy monsters. We love them and are looking forward to talking about them for a whole month.
This week, we wanted to share with you our favorite paranormal romance series, so you would have plenty to read this Spooky Season. These are the books we read time and time again and wait with bated breath for the next book to come out. We hope you love them as much as we do.
The Pyte/Sentinel Series by R.L. Mathewson
Our all-time favorite series is the Kindle series the Pyte/Sentinel Series by R.L. Mathewson. It is a great choice for those readers who love all things paranormal because within these pages are vampires, demons, superhumans, werewolves, and more! In the first book, Tall, Dark & Lonely, Mathewson introduces Ephriam Williams, a pyte, to the world. Pytes are vampiric creatures in that they have fangs and drink blood, but they are stronger than most paranormal creatures and have the ability to walk in the sunlight. Not to mention, they can create one more pyte and then anyone changed after that becomes an uber strong vampire. Due to their amazing abilities, they are hunted by vampire covens, demons, and Sentinels alike. The Sentinels are God’s answers to such monsters that inhabit the earth; they help to keep humans safe and keep the monsters in line. As the Pyte family grows, they must keep out of the hands of vampire Masters and keep the human world safe from those who seek to do evil. But, in the middle of all this, you get to enjoy sweet, funny, sexy romances between amazing heroes and heroines who will keep you coming back for more. You can find the first book here.
Shadow Cities Series by Mina Carter
If you love lycans and hot sex, this is the series for you. The series begins with Master of Wolves telling the story of Veyr, the Master of the lycans in the city, and Cyan Trevais. If you like ultra-sexy romances between shifter mates, this would definitely be the romance series for you. (Note: If you have previously read the City Wolves series, the first book of the Shadow Cities series, Master of Wolves, is the combination of all the City Wolves novellas.) Kissed by an Angel Series by Elizabeth Chandler
